While we at Califa Media Publishing do not hesitate to do our best the first time, we realize despite best efforts by all, circumstances arise and backtracking is necessary.

Products:

Should our item(s) not satisfy, our policy is as follows:

Physical Products

• All items must be returned within 30 days of notification of shipping. We do not send shipment notifications until AFTER the order is already in the mail.
• All items must be returned in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
• Customer is responsible for return postage. It is suggested returns be mailed with tracking to ensure delivery.
• Califa Media will issue a full refund or replacement immediately upon receipt of your return.

To initiate a return or refund, simply email us at califamedia@gmail.com, ATTN: Returns. We answer emails within 48hrs receipt. Please do not attempt to return your item before contacting us.

Digital Products 

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Defective digital items will be replaced with a repaired copy of the product.

Services:

We are not able to provide refunds for services provided by Califa Media Publishing as orders are fulfilled according to specific instructions unique to each client. As an example, a book edit cannot be resold to account for the time provided by the editor. We appreciate your understanding.
